I am a student in the Ph.D. in History Program at the University of California, Berkeley, where I am also a member of the Designated Emphasis in Critical Theory. I am interested in exploring the intersection between sensory perceptions, urban space production, and food commodification during the late 19th century, particularly in Germany and Austria.
Before coming to Berkeley, I earned a B.A. in History at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
