Professor David Henkin's newest book, The Week: A History of the Unnatural Rhythms That Made Us Who We Are, has just been released by Yale Press. In a feature with the The New Yorker -- which also pays mention to fellow UC Berkeley History professor Vanessa Ogle -- Jill Lepore explores Henkin's The Week, and how the seven-day work week was shaped over the course of history.
